Chinese names for countries

Which countries are translated with 國, like 中國? Japan for example doesn't contain 國 in its name: 日本 | Rì běn. Sometimes the names have similarities to the phonetics of the name in the original language. I assume that this is the reason for 德國 | Deutsch Land. But maybe not... :-)
